    I'm 21 years old. I'm skin type 3, and I had really dark/coarse hair on my bikini area, so shaving was a problem because it grew back so fast, and I struggled with razor burn & bad ingrowns. I was sick of all that, so about a year ago I decided to start getting laser treatments. I went to consultations at 2 locations (one in Orleans where I live, & then the Ottawa Laser Clinic). It would make more sense to go to the one in Orleans since it's much closer, but I just had a really good vibe when I met Sally, so I chose her clinic. I've been getting treatments for a little less than a year now, and the 30 minute drive is nothing for the results I've had. I have almost no hair left! I've had a few ingrowns that are taking a little bit longer to go away, but it's a small price to pay for the other benefits. And every time I go in, it gets better & better. I love laser hair removal, and I'm really glad that I chose OLC for my treatments because Sally is really friendly & very efficient. I think it's one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I can't wait to get more areas treated one day! Thanks Sally!!

    I was a hairy Sasquatch before OLC. The very same day that I shaved, people would tell me I need to get rid of my underarm hair. Dark coarse hair was always lurking after the razor and waxing only lasted a week or two, at best. Now after only three treatments my underarm hair is 95% gone and what's left is only the faintest memory of the coarse, dark stuff that used to be there. OLC has been total freedom for me.     I am an afro-Canadian female who has struggled for years with unwanted facial hair. I had been to other laser clinics before but I never felt comfortable with them, they were not very sympathetic to my situation and I did not feel they had a great knowledge of how to handle darker hair. I became discouraged; I let 3 year pass and one day I heard an ad for the Ottawa Laser Clinic and I decided to try one more time. I was so impressed with Sally from the first moment I met her was warm and friendly. After my first treatment we saw a huge improvement I was so surprised. I have had two treatments so far and I cannot even beging to express what it’s like to not have to shave my face anymore.. If you are considering hair removal don’t be shy or embarrassed just call you will be happy you did. My only regret is I did not to it sooner..

    I am a Canadian living in Paris. You probably think it would be easy to find a good laser clinic in the capital of fashion and beauty. Wrong. I went to a renowned clinic off the Champs Elysées, spent lots of money, but didn't get any results – even after 4 treatments! My mother, who lives in Ottawa, recommended Sally during one of my visits. I got great results after the first treatment!     I am steady at my 131lbs which I am really enjoying and I am down a dress size and a half so that is even better! I have gone from a tight 11 to a loose 9 and I have for now reached my goal if more weight comes off as I follow my new lifestyle of healthy eating. Never thought I could give up my cereal bar and toast with peanut butter and now I can’t imagine eating that versus my shake! it is the first three weeks of changing habits and your tips of eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch is what made it easy although I was scared at first to leave out carbs and have salad...
